Prestige points for the energy upgrades now award permanent energy levels instead of reducing the cost.
Stockpile mechanics have been changed. The initial stockpile size has been set to the first prestige requirement. It will now increase every prestige point to the next prestige point requirement.
Due to the increased strength of the prestige options, prestige money requirements have increased and the plutonium reward per point has been reduced slightly.
Energy stockpile cost reduction has been removed
