The Achievements Dropdown

The Achievements Dropdown shows achievements you can earn. The reward is plutonium.

There's 2 types of achievements, selling a bulk amount of a resource, and reaching a factory level. Each achievement the reward amount as Reward: 1, as in 1 plutonium. There are tiers of a given achievement, indicated by the numbers above the reward. Higher tiers requires more levels and bulk amounts, but reward more plutonium.
